Or by ill-will creation of diseases, meyhems, chaos, war like situations? Destryoing societies with ill intentioned designs?

Interactive Responses, infrastructure, systems, screens, use or abuse of living beings, ethical issues and dilemmas? 

How many degree programs or institutes are there in India, working in these fileds and technologies? Professional designers or teams leading the society in certain direction? Rather, our institutes and politics are busy in exploiting less educated or vulnerable people? Social tales of Social Engineering, seems an indication of that?
