Annoying, Ugly and Rotten!
Annoying and stupid plays, at times risky to their own lives; rude, ignorant, almost illiterate, unemployed and almost unemployable herds err youths on roads; mostly used err abused by feudal lords in so-many different forms. They are not the signs of individual or families failures but signs of a rotten system failure, a stinking society's failure. These guys are so free that they do not know they do have a life and need to take care of that. How such people could be expected that they would care for someone else? Even if they would then they would be used/abused either being party to crime or to protect or hide the crime and criminals.

Who is responsible for that?

These ignorant kids?

Or The system and part of that system, people who are able to change things but doing nothing but plays?! As they are on these posts due to this gamble only! OK! Lemme start from my battleground itself err University itself (who made it a battlefield?).

Are you, your pic, University site's day by day updates trying to show or represent something Mr. Vice Chancellor?

Do not you have power to stop this Big Boss House "Lichadkhana"? I think even if housing committee or "mad-dogs of general branch" (will write a post about that why I felt like to call them mad-dogs!) and Engineering Cell/Maintenance Branch are highly corrupt people, still you have some special powers. Don't you Mr. Vice Chancellor?

Or you are a powerless weakling like so many others in the education system, who are equal party to destroy the education? Destroying education is equal to destroying a country.
