REGARDING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES, then be it primary level, middle or higher educational institutes, if they are found in illegal activities on the name of social service or any such societies or taken over vulnerable people land then THEIR REGISTRATION MUST BE CANCELLED AND SUCH ILLEGAL AND EXPLOITATIVE SHOPS MUST BE CLOSED.
Especially, if they had taken anyone's house or fertile farmland on whatever excuse or pretext, it must be given back to its original stakeholder.
WOMEN ARE NOT COMMODITIES
If your concern is about my own ancestral farmland or its status somehow affecting someone far away then
I HAD NOT GIVEN THAT FARMLAND TO ANY SUCH EXPLOITATIVE SOCIETY OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE.
BUT HAD RAISED MY STRONG OBJECTIONS REGARDING ENFORCED AND ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENT.
Mind there is a difference between taking or purchasing some farmland genuine way under normal circumstances from someone versus enforced and crooked ways of encroachment during highly vulnerable time via different kinda threats.
Even then you would not find my signature anywhere rather written complains here or there including police. I call that Shiksha ke naam par dhandha.
We are in that region where even so called educational institutes, which are running since more than two decades, don't even know that girls do have land and property rights? Women are not commodities or someone's land and property. Such filthy mind thinks that girls themselves are land and properties which can be purchased, encroached or taken over by crooked ways.
How such crooks design coded world can be checked in our legal framework which till today have words like deh or sam laat deh. Deh li is kinda same. Though projections only or narratives but coded fights have this level even amid highly educated people and professionals?
FICTION VS REALITY
I don't live in parallel world rather I research on them. If some movie shows someone's name related with some murderer or support, then that's a movie and I don't belong to that world.
I am in academics, research and writing. The writer of that movie or the actors or characters of that movie might have some vested interests that they tried to project someone like that. Question is if that real character also thinks so?
Projections, narratives and real characters can be entirely different.
Why I did not go to court?
Who said, I did not? If people can run a parallel world like this then I am writing continuously on this and such topics. Yes, I don't have that much money or resources that I can stand physically in any court, especially the reality of Indian courts. And why online filing is not working on my laptop? Think, the level of fight difference. What I could understand in last few years is that Indian courts are run by political wings and corporates.
My all resources either have been directed elsewhere, again illegally or taken over. I have been given threats not just to my life but near and dear ones lives. So under such circumstance, there are some limits especially in Indian courts where money is honey. I have lost one member of my family under same kinda threats and cannot take such a risk again as I know who these crooks are. But it does not mean either, they can silence me their ways. They do have limits. If had not then such emails could not be in my email inbox.
